Provides coaches and goalkeepers with 50 complete goalkeeper training sessions from warm up to cooldown. Sessions include warm up and ball gymnastics, followed by two technical exercises and finish with fitness and strength training. Training sessions address the following areas of technical focus catchinghands, angle play, reactions, low diving, 1v1, crosses, boxing, power diving, tipping, distribution, free kicks, pressure training, and potluck. Also includes a five minute stretching routine and more. Appropriate for coaches of men's and women's soccer and athletes of all ages and abilities.
